The lighter isn't marked but I'm assuming, due the similarity, that it belongs to Sarastro and it's a Diksi

The Alverne / Viceroy
This lighter was most probably done by Dyas Beverley Hampton (DBH) a silversmith in London around 1932. The base of the lighter originally should have beeen the Alverne which was an electric lighter the lighter inside is a Viceroy which was produced in England in the same period. This was a pocket lighter.
