This lighter was most probably done by Dyas Beverley Hampton (DBH) a silversmith in London around 1932. The base of the lighter originally should have beeen the Alverne which was an electric lighter the lighter inside is a Viceroy which was produced in England in the same period. This was a pocket lighter.
These are two pretty similar lighters but from different manufactures. The lighters work by pulling out the upper part. The Despalo is most probably from BRUCHHAUS & BALTRUSCH (BeBe). It should be around 1928. The Hinora could be from Rentscher (Austria) also around 1925/1926
